3. Services Provided

We offer travel planning, tour packages, accommodation bookings, transportation arrangements, guided tours, and related travel services throughout Turkey. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

4. Booking and Reservations

4.1 Booking Process

• All bookings must be made through our website, email, or WhatsApp communication.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of our written confirmation.
• Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed and deposit is received.

4.2 Payment Terms

• A deposit (typically 30-50% of total cost) is required to confirm bookings.
• Full payment must be received no later than 30 days before the tour departure date.
• We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.
• All prices are quoted in USD, EUR, or TRY as specified.

4.3 Pricing

• Prices include services explicitly listed in your itinerary.
• Prices do not include international flights (unless specified), travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, or items not mentioned in the itinerary.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government-imposed taxes.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Customer

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
• 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

5.2 Cancellation by Company

• We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings, force majeure, or safety concerns.
• In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or alternative tour dates.

5.3 No-Show Policy

• Failure to arrive on the departure date without prior notice results in forfeiture of all payments.

6. Changes and Modifications

6.1 Changes by Customer

• Itinerary changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• Changes requested within 15 days of departure may not be possible.

6.2 Changes by Company

• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, political situations, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
• We will notify you promptly of any significant changes.
• Substitutions of similar quality may be made when necessary.

7. Travel Documents and Requirements

7.1 Your Responsibilities

• Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
• Appropriate visas and entry permits
• Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
• Health requirements and vaccinations
• COVID-19 or other health-related documentation as required

7.2 Our Responsibilities

• We can provide guidance but are not responsible for obtaining your travel documents.
• Failure to obtain proper documentation resulting in denied entry is your responsibility.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
• Lost or delayed baggage
• Personal liability

We are not liable for losses that would have been covered by adequate insurance.

9. Health and Safety

9.1 Fitness Requirements

• You must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements.
• Some tours require reasonable physical fitness.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it poses safety risks.

9.2 Safety Standards

• All tours operate with licensed guides and registered vehicles.
• We comply with Turkish tourism regulations and safety standards.
• You must follow guide instructions and safety protocols.

10. Liability and Limitations

10.1 Our Liability

• We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, restaurants, etc.).
• We are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, or defaults of third-party providers.
• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your tour.

10.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to:

• Natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics
• War, terrorism, civil unrest
• Government actions or restrictions
• Strikes or labor disputes
• Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control

10.3 Personal Belongings

• You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times.
• We recommend keeping valuables in hotel safes.
• We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

10.4 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the services.

11. Conduct and Behavior

You agree to:

• Behave respectfully toward guides, drivers, other travelers, and local communities
• Comply with local laws and customs
• Not engage in illegal activities
• Follow reasonable instructions from our staff

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if your behavior:

• Endangers yourself or others
• Causes property damage
• Disrupts the tour
• Violates local laws

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:

13. User-Generated Content

• Failure to fulfill requests does not constitute breach of contract

20. Photography and Media

• Tours may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes
• By participating, you consent to appear in such materials
• Inform us if you do not wish to be photographed

21. Minors

• Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult
• Parents/guardians are responsible for minor's conduct and safety
• Special conditions may apply for unaccompanied minors

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Turkey Vacation Packages.

24. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
